"My son's car had a hard-to-detect problem--it would work and then refuse to start some of the time, but not all of the time. Since he works, he needs reliable transportation. We were puzzled by the car's erratic starting behavior--thought it was the thermostat (or perhaps the transmission?) but the problem persisted. We were running out of tows from our automobile club, and were seriously considering selling the car for scrap parts--or donating it to a charity, only we didn't want to donate a car that wouldn't work. Luckily, Mike at Woody's Auto worked tirelessly on the problem, and even went so far as to drive the car home to try to get it to stop working, with tools in the car so that he could work on it when/if it did. His persistance paid off -- he solved the problem and my son once again has a car that works. We're grateful that we didn't have to buy another car right away, and thankful for the knowledge and skill that Mike brought to this complex repair problem. Would we use Woody's again? Absolutely. Excellent puzzle solving, and excellent service! Thanks, Mike, for a job very well done."
